Make up field trip

Our trip to Fort Hood was cancelled due to the government shut down. In an effort to make up for a lost field trip, I propose we make an attempt at one this coming weekend. There is a burrowing owl being seen in south Bell county. This is a very charismatic species and would be great to see. Before that, we could swing by Chalk Ridge Falls and look at some sparrows and woodland birds. Governance

The Twin Lakes Audubon Society has operated under a constitution adopted from the National Audubon Society for nearly 15 years. This constitution does not reflect how our organization is currently run. I have created an amended constitution that supposes a membership run organization without a board of directors. We have been voting on issues in general meetings and have not done much business behind closed doors. New Website

Welcome to our new website! In an effort to improve access to information about birding in our area we have developed a new website. Please contact us with any errors or with any suggestions for improvement or new content.
